Notably absent from this pressing is the word \"vinylite\".  Cover also doesn't have flap like other versions of this 10\" Lp do [see photos and compare linked versions to be sure you have the correct variation). There is also a version of [r2245305 with less text on cover.\n\nThis is considered to be the very first 10\" LP record. Released in 1948 using existing material that was originally issued as a 4-78rpm album in March 4, 1946 (catalog no. C-112).\n\nThis 10\" LP and the 12\" LP [r=3899231 were both printed for the (soon to be announced) \"Long Play LPs\" for the Columbia catalog, and is considered the first (modern) 10 inch LP ever.
