Volumes IV, V and VI were issued individually and later compiled into a 3 CD set, with each track introduced by pianist Dave Brubeck, providing background about the selection. This boxed set was sent to radio stations intended for broadcast and were not sold commercially. There are no lists of personnel, composer\/lyricist credits or track timings, though each track references the specific album reissue from which it was taken.
