Early editions of this reissue found in renumbered 1st state sleeve - "For further information write to: AEROSMITH FAN CLUB..." (subsequent releases stated "Aerosmith Newsletter...")

Runouts are etched except [l186075 "TML-M" or "TML-S" is stamped.
