Columbia Carrollton variant (isolated G followed by digit) on all sides, although one or more sides may be have another Columbia marking representing metal work used from that factory.

The odd-numbered labels have the 'fall-out shelter' triangles.

There are no DMM markings in the runouts (except on metalwork etchings from a factory other than Carrollton)

The "Mastered By" credits with lathe work done at Masterdisk but the processing/plating/metalwork was done at Europadisk.

Issued in a 12" x 12" x 1" box with 34-page booklet. Each disc has a custom inner sleeve.
