Comes in an LP sized box with a plastic cover and a cardboard slip.  Cassettes and booklet are set in a plastic holder/filler. booklet is about CD sized and has the catalog numbers for the CD release, LP release, and cassette release printed on the inside back cover, so it's likely that the same book was used in all releases
