Notes:

This version has the Enterprise rainbow logo on the labels.  It was pressed at [l311166 (ANVIL logo stamped in runouts) using plates from [l457750 (SON in I-A, II-A and II-B runouts) and [l495875 (ARP in I-B runout).  It was pressed in late 1973 or afterward.  
The pressing ring is about 1.5". 
It has Roman disc numbering (I, II) and the matrix on the right of the spindle hole is left-justified.
It has prominent text at the bottom of back sleeve: MUSIC FROM THE FILM COURTESY MGM RECORD CORPORATION.
