Track A is an edited version of the same track on the album "The Roaring Silence". 
Track B is a re-released and re-recorded version of the track with the same title on the album " Nightingales & Bombers" to take advantage of their new vocalist Chris Thompson and was also issued on the US version of the album "The Roaring Silence" but not on the European version. The track name is slightly different to other Earth Band releases of the song ("Spirit" instead of "Spirits").
