This is a cover variation of the mono release that combines portions of both the stereo [r6472441 and mono versions [r1516700.  

The cover sleeve is for the stereo release but has a factory applied yellow/black "MONO" sticker affixed over the "STEREO" text on the front cover, thus catalog numbers for both the mono and stereo release appear in combinations on the cover sleeve and labels.  

The labels indicate a "MONO" pressing to the left of the spindle hole.  The deadwax runouts match the stereo pressing release and no comparable runouts are available for the other mono release.
