This [l112766 club release is similar to this other [l406973 pressing seen here: [r4470008, except on this submission back cover includes: "R# 134355" "Mfd. by RCA Music Service under License" "6550 East 30th Street" "Indianapolis, Indiana 46219" Other difference is inner sleeve on this submission has one side die-cut label hole, similar to original stock release, though hole is smaller. This version also has photo in red similar to stock version. Other RCA Music Service release noted above has image in black and white. As are most releases, this version has gatefold cover with fold-out image 90º to spine. Custom labels that appear to have been printed initially for "CSM" Columbia, Santa Maria pressings (Columbia House?), but with an attempt to "grey" out "CSM" printed on labels. [l112766 matrix number is printed in red below "STEREO" on right side. "Mfd. by RCA Music Service under License" printed to left in red. [l406973 indicated by "ɪ" stamped in run-outs and 1" press ring.
