This version is the Terre Haute pressing with Pitman Metal Work and can be identified from other 1969 pressings by the "T" and "PX" .in runouts.

Due to Unipak's solution the shrink was removed. The two stickers (see Images) was then taped to the plastic jacket.

There are also Terre Haute and Santa Maria pressing plant variations.
