This version is a post June 1957 reissue of EAP-1-421 a single 7" 45rpm EP, 4 tracks only. The initial 12" LP with this catalog number released in 1955 when the "T" catalog prefix was introduced as a budget line price code. This reissue is defined by the labels introducing the "T-Rim", a patent purchased from Research Craft in later1956. The company did not change the labels to these until June 1957. Initially, the company settled for some added small text above the rim text on the older "Long Playing" labels.

All recording sessions at Capitol's Melrose Ave studio, Hollywood, between September 12. 1950 and January 22, 1953. The bulk of the recording dates (5) are in 1952. Four are recordings from 1951.
