"New York USA" address on labels, VAN GELDER and STEREO stamps in runouts like OP ([r3393707). However, no Plastylite "ear" ("P" logo).  Likely a 1966 repress contemporaneous with early (1966) mono repress ([r16755621) that also features "New York" labels and VAN GELDER stamps; probably early Liberty reissue using existing labels and masters.
