Notes:

A reissue of [r13877718 on the second Bethlehem labels. These second labels have boxed logos, used by the company January 1957 thru to the 1970s reissues. BLP 6012, originally released November 1956, was the last record issued on Bethlehem's first label and this issue was part of the first pressing run. These are the exact same stampers used on [r13877718.

Pressed by Research Craft identified by the two patent numbers stamped in the deadwax. These are patents for the raised-ridge edges on LPs. This number is the reissued number to Research Craft, approved February 1955. The original US patent was sold to Capitol in 1956 and is the patent number for that company's "T-Rim". 
The runout markings for mastering and pressing at Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Los Angeles appear to be a part of that sales contract. Hence both are listed for pressed at.
