• Pressed by [l717172 as indicated by "114" in Side B runout
• With "27 Years Blue Note" inner sleeve (LondonJazzCollector "Sleeve 9" with [m164688 pictured in column 6, row 4)
• Non laminated gatefold jacket with "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address inside gatefold and "© Liberty Records, Inc" on back
• Front cover has "BLP 4250" only, while STEREO copies have "BST 84250" as well.

Some copies have "Audition Copy" ink stamped on rear cover.
