Only the front sleeve reads "Metal Madness, Volume One" - the volume index is not present on the spine or labels. No other volumes were produced. The shrink wrap came with a sticker reading "First pressing on red vinyl", though no more pressings of different color were produced.

The Assassin track (B1) is wrongly listed as "All Your Love" on the label - this was the B-side from the 7" of which the correct track "Treason" was taken.
