The release is housed in a standard jewel case with a rear inlay only. Some copies came with a hype sticker affixed to the front cover stating: "In 1971, She Moved A Generation. Get Ready To Be Moved Again. Tapestry Revisited (92604) A Tribute To Carole King new interpretations of the greatest album of its time. The tracks are listed in a different order that its commercial counterpart "499414".
